1. The traction horizontal reciprocating swing rotation replaces the rotation of the die head, greatly simplifying the die head structure, avoiding problems such as material leakage, difficult sealing, and difficult maintenance caused by the rotation of the die head, overcoming quality problems such as large and small ends of the film roll, loose edges, and ensuring good flatness of the film.
2. The IBC membrane bubble internal cooling system has improved the transparency and internal quality of film products, and the output of the unit has significantly increased.
3. The high-precision diameter folding control system can adjust the air volume by controlling the fan speed, so that the film bubble diameter deviation is small.
4. EPS photoelectric correction system, with automatic correction and guidance, ensures that the film is rolled neatly.
